SHIPPING POLICY

I use USPS to ship all my orders. Depending on the shipping type you selected it normally ships in 2-5 business days. This does not include the 1-2 days to make your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

All my jewlery comes with a 6-month warranty. This includes damages to any hardware or stone. I DO NOT process returns however I do exchanges. This is because each piece is made to order. To initiate an exchange, please contact me at spiritualdrip.net@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange. Please note that all exchanged items must be in their original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
